TViX will exhibit the new-brand models at its own stand in "IFA 2011". After 1st unveil of Xroid A1 (world 1st Android Platform Multimedia Player, with Sigmadesign SMP8657) in CES2011 Las Vegas, TViX has devoted itself for optimization of Xroid A1 that consumers easily adapt Android-Platform.
In IFA, TViX will show other specially-designed models keeping mega-trend of Android Platform featuring Giganet, 3D contents playback, Transcoding and etc implemented with different hardware models fulfilling customers'taste.

We are pleased to announce that Dvico will unveil Xroid A1, the first multimedia player based on Android OS platform, in CES 2011 held in Las Vegas, US, from January 6th to the 9th.
Mr. Trevor Youn, the team leader and chief developer of this project, will answer all the questions and future supporting functions about the new product at the place, so it could be a good chance to taste a potential item in advance, and you may see some demonstration of Xroid A1 adopting a new Sigma Design 8656 chipset as well.
We hope you are the one of them who experience this new media player at CES 2011.

Sometimes, customers are concerned about a remote control trouble when they use their multimedia players. But, now you don’t need to worry about this happening!
Our Web-Remote support can make a user to use iPhone, iPod-touch or laptop as a remote control. In addition, Android phone or other smart phones can be applied to use Web-Remote.
And also, we provide Universal Jukebox Lite at the same time. It includes that smart-navigation of HDM folder and functions of chapters, internal subtitle, fast-forward, rewind of HDMV so on.

Since we did not feel any other company distinguished itself enough of the others, we decided to honor the user vote at MPC from 500 voters who selected DVICO Inc. as the company of the year.
While to a certain extend we agree given the RealTek based TViX M-6600N is unit with an own identity that exfeeds any other in style and presentation and the fact TViX M-6500 was a milestone in many ways (BDLite, DVB-T modules) and was maintained reasonably in 2009, we remain at DVICo Inc. for selecting it the brand of the Year 2009.

We inform you all the FedEx account number for the RMA exchange event will be removed this midnight (Local Korean time).
According to this, customers who have not sent their faulty unit could not use the account number on freight collect and would fail to use the account number when you try to send it. From the 1st of August, the customers should contact the store or online shop you bought it from for the related issues.
We are going to leave the email account in case, 6500RMA@dvico.com for the time being.

For those who bought a Korean version of TViX

Dear Customers.
It’s almost end of the exchange event for the initial batch of TViX M-6500A, and we would like to extend our gratitude for customer’s understanding and cooperation through the event. We, Dvico Inc, will do our utmost to develop the following products better performance and better product quality through this valuable experience.
Recently we found that some of customers bought the product via some Korean online shops or eBay where people are selling after purchasing from Korea, and this kind of business could make against our local distributor’s advantage and we have difficulties supporting customers when they have problems in using the product. So we took an action in order to prevent our distributor’s sales damages and made an announcement accordingly.
But unfortunately we were aware that the customers, who bought the Korean version, sent their unit to Korea office in the same way of the exchange event without any notice in advance (with our FedEx account number) quoting an article of MPC Club even though the website mentioned the two-way delivery charges.
We would like to say clearly once again here the Korean version should not be sent to Korean office before you follow the proper procedure. And the procedure will be announced when we are ready.
And we recommend you to ask for refund from the shop where you bought the unit first and contact us later if it’s not possible. Please note that the owner should pay all related expenses, two-way freight charge, customs duties and so on in case of the revision.
Please do not send the units until we prepare a payment section on our website.
And be noted the Korean units that have arrived in Korean office with our temporary RMA FedEx account (For the initial batch) will not be processed until we prepare the web site and proper transportation fee is charged.

As you are well aware, the first batch of TViX 6500 had a few problems that made many users feel very inconvenient to use, and we decided to replace those sets with new one accordingly.
Now we highly appreciate all your patience and cooperation for this exchange event in spite of some problems with customs in several countries.
We think that we replaced most of the sets, and as very few units were returned to our office recently, we’d like to eliminate the temporary FedEx account and close the event.
So, for those who have not sent his/her defective unit to us due to your own reasons, we hope you register the unit by the 31st of July in order to finish it well.
