TViX PVR R-2200 series and TViX HD M-7000A won ‘Reddot Design Award’ for unique and epochal product design.

We, Dvico Inc,. feel highly honored to announce that TViX PVR R-2200 series, the smallest personal video recorder in the world, and TViX HD M-7000A, unique cylindrical multimedia player, won ‘2009 Reddot Design Award’. Out of the two products, TViX HD M-7000A won ‘2007 Korea Good Design Award’ as soon as it was released to the domestic market. By winning the awards, Dvico was acknowledged as a leading company not only for the superior product quality but also distinguished product design.

Dear Customers.

It’s almost end of the exchange event for the initial batch of TViX M-6500A, and we would like to extend our gratitude for customer’s understanding and cooperation through the event. We, Dvico Inc, will do our utmost to develop the following products better performance and better product quality through this valuable experience.

Recently we found that some of customers bought the product via some Korean online shops or eBay where people are selling after purchasing from Korea, and this kind of business could make against our local distributor’s advantage and we have difficulties supporting customers when they have problems in using the product. So we took an action in order to prevent our distributor’s sales damages and made an announcement accordingly.

But unfortunately we were aware that the customers, who bought the Korean version, sent their unit to Korea office in the same way of the exchange event without any notice in advance (with our FedEx account number) quoting an article of MPC Club even though the website mentioned the two-way delivery charges.

We would like to say clearly once again here the Korean version should not be sent to Korean office before you follow the proper procedure. And the procedure will be announced when we are ready.

And we recommend you to ask for refund from the shop where you bought the unit first and contact us later if it’s not possible. Please note that the owner should pay all related expenses, two-way freight charge, customs duties and so on in case of the revision.

Please do not send the units until we prepare a payment section on our website.

And be noted the Korean units that have arrived in Korean office with our temporary RMA FedEx account (For the initial batch) will not be processed until we prepare the web site and proper transportation fee is charged.

   You need to type in a serial number and your contact information which should include your e-mail id followed by mentioning the information of the place as to where your needs to returned after repair.

   While filling out registration form, you will receive an automatic "Email verification" mail with a validation code.

   After receiving the validation code, please enter the validation code on the registration page.

   This will end the registration process and your information will be stored in our database.

   When we ship you the exchanged unit, we will be using the serial number of the main unit present at the bottom and also the corresponding shipping address you had entered in on our registration page.So, Please be careful while entering your information on the above provided link.

2. Please understand, we are going to do this on a weekly bases basis.

   A shipping notice from HK to the Collect centre of your country will be sent to you by email.

3.  We will inform you by email, the address of the collect center in your country, after we receive a confirmation of arrival of goods from our collect center to the respective country collect centres. 

4. Now you can send the main unit (please send us the main unit only, because we will be sending you back only the main unit, No HDD, No Tuner) to the specific address and using the courier informed by email.

   Please go to the web page(will be provided later) and inform us regarding the M-6500A main unit you sent us, so that we can easily keep track of your returned unit. 

5.  A confirmation email will be sent to you after our collect center receives your M-6500A kit.

6.  Our collect center will send the replacement unit to you as soon as they receive the unit from you and check the content.

   We will send you an email after the collect center has shipped the replacement unit to you. 

   • If you follow the above procedures in a proper fashion, the replacement of the faulty units with the proper ones might take a week or two.

   The procedure has been designed to minimize the absence of M-6500A in your hands.
